I ordered this microwave to replace a slightly larger one I had that suddenly stopped working.
I am very happy with this one. I've used it for about 6 months now and have no complaints. I like the turn dial option (the main reason I bought this one) as opposed to some of the other touch pads that often stop working. It is large enough to put a full size dinner plate inside and has the turntable for even heating.
It's compact and nice looking and all-in-all has everything you need in a smaller microwave.

I have to say I am vey happy with this purchase. I was pleasantly surprised at the power and speed it heats foods and beverages. i would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Easy to clean, and easy to use.

I needed to replace my mothers old microwave oven. She is handicapped and her old oven had a crank dial instead of the newer numeric touch pad. She is unable to use the numeric touch pads because she is legally blind. I found this Panasonic oven and we had exactly what she needed. It has dials and buttons. She loves and manages to cook all sorts of things in it and we both are very pleased with its performance.

I got this microwave for my mom who is 77 yrs young her old microwave died. She really likes this one because it takes about 2 to 3 minutes to heat her foods compared to the old one which used to take 5 minutes. She only uses this microwave to heat food and does no cooking in it. It also fits nicely on her kitchen counter.

It is compact, attractive, and it heats the food all of the way through. I have found that it takes less time to get the job done than with other microwaves I have fought with.
It also has a lot of nice options in regards to heat levels, timing, and reminders. It is a great machine. I plan to use it for some actual cooking rather than just warming up left overs and preparing frozen dinners.

I am very happy with my purchase so far. I have had to toss 2 microwaves out in the past 3 years due to the touch pads that ceased to work, so I decided to purchase one with the dial and love it. It is just the right size for me and would be great for 2 people. It arrived sooner than expected and was in perfect condition.

me and my husband just brought this microwave and so far it has been great, looks nice,little bigger then what we thought but it does the job. Hopefully it last a long time we've only had the microwave for about a month now. If you buy it hope it works out as it is for me.
